Theory: Newtonian Mechanics

Classical mechanics describes the motion of macro-scale bodies under forces. Newton's Second Law states that acceleration is directly proportional to net force and inversely proportional to mass (\(F = ma\)). Galileo's Equivalence Principle shows that in a vacuum, all bodies accelerate at the same rate regardless of mass.
